VYNL

VYNL is a Charleston party band that plays everything from Motown to modern rock. The four members came up through some of the city's busiest cover bands and formed VYNL to be the group they wanted to hire themselves. The lineup covers guitar, bass, drums and acoustic guitar/keys, and three-part vocal harmonies are central to the sound. The song list runs close to 80 titles across country and Americana, classic rock singalongs, Motown, soul and R&B, '90s and 2000s alt-rock, and current rock, pop and indie, with fresh arrangements rather than note-for-note copies. The band plays club nights and weddings around Charleston, and its setlist is built to keep a dance floor full from the first song to the last.
