Google Calendar stays in step with your gigs

Fixes for duplicate and leftover Google Calendar events, and for a saved availability view that would not stick.

Events & Gigs

  • Publishing a gig to members’ calendars now always shows as published in Naba, and publishing again never creates a second copy on their calendar.
  • Swapping one band for another on a gig now takes the gig off the old band members’ Google Calendars, just like removing a person or deleting the event.
  • Publishing from your AI assistant now really adds the gig to each member’s Google Calendar, the same as publishing in the app. If someone’s calendar can’t take it, they stay unpublished and you’re told why.
  • Your saved default set of teams and people on the availability calendar now loads every time you open it.
Major release

Run your CRM from your AI assistant, with quotes that look like you

Everything in the CRM is now available to your connected AI assistant, and your quotes and client emails can carry your own look.

CRM

  • Your connected AI assistant can now work your whole CRM: clients, deals and your pipeline, tasks, notes, attachments, tags, custom fields and analytics.
  • It can also draft and send quotes, prepare contracts for signature (a signature page is added for you), manage your client portal, branding and email templates, build pricing estimates, and set up forms and automations.
  • Anything that would email a client is always shown to you first and only goes out when you confirm.
  • Design your own quote layouts for each business or band, starting from Naba’s layout. Your assistant shows you a preview to open before anything is saved, and a quote keeps the look it was sent with even if you change the layout later.
  • Pick a layout for each quote from the quote form, or set one as the default for a business.
  • Emails to your clients — quotes, contracts, reminders, automated emails and form replies — now carry your business name, logo, colour and footer. The footer is plain text, and links in it become clickable.
  • A client opening a quote you are revising now sees “This quote is being revised” instead of an error.

Platform

  • The CRM assistant tools are available with your CRM subscription or trial. Reconnect your AI assistant once to allow the new CRM permissions.
  • Tightened who can see and change CRM records, quotes and estimates, and made client-facing emails safer against unexpected content.

Easier browsing on Live Music Charleston, and a smoother way in

Platform

  • On livemusicchs.com you can now pick several neighborhoods and several genres at once, from two compact dropdowns instead of a long wall of genre buttons.
  • Looking ahead at a date whose shows haven’t been published yet? A note now tells you the list may be incomplete, since new shows go up every Thursday afternoon here and on the @tonightincharleston Instagram.
  • When you claim your band’s profile or create an account, we now point you to “Continue with Google” — the quickest way to connect your Google Calendar, see your band’s real availability, and get your pay written privately into your own calendar. Email and Apple sign-in still work.

Your AI assistant can run client song choices and look back at past gigs

Setlists

  • Your connected AI assistant can now handle client song choices from start to finish: pick which bands’ songs to offer, write the message, preview it, send it to your client, and later turn their picks into a setlist attached to the gig.
  • If a client sends their picks by email or text, your assistant can record them for you and mark the request complete.
  • Re-sending a client their song-choice link no longer resets choices they have already started or submitted.

Events & Gigs

  • Ask your assistant about past gigs as well as upcoming ones — “what did we play last March?” now works, in your own time zone.
  • Your assistant can now change one person’s estimated pay on a gig, and edit every part of a timeline entry, including its link and the link’s display text.
  • Your assistant can look up the email and phone of people you share a band or a confirmed gig with, and see the full details of your contacts and your bandmates’ contacts.

Platform

  • Tightened privacy so contact details, other people’s email addresses and an event’s client list are only visible to the people who work with them.
  • Reconnect your AI assistant once to allow the new contact and song-choice permissions.

Accounting reports you can trust after a void

Earnings

  • Voided transactions now cancel out correctly in account balances, the trial balance, the general ledger, the balance sheet and income statements. A voided deposit no longer shows up as money going out.
  • When you void a transaction, its reversal keeps the same band, venue and people tags, so income statements filtered by band stay accurate.
  • Only posted transactions can be voided now; a draft you no longer need is simply deleted instead.

Platform

  • Tightened accounting security so each business’s transactions, accounts and tags can only be reached and changed through that business.

Every show on your band’s page, and a place on your own band

Events & Gigs

  • Your band’s public page now lists all your upcoming shows — the gigs on your own Naba calendar, the dates venues have booked you for, and shows listed on livemusicchs.com — instead of only the ones you added yourself.
  • When the same gig is recorded in more than one place, it appears on your page just once.

Platform

  • Whoever creates a band in Naba is now a member of it from the start, not only its owner.
  • If you own a band but aren’t on its roster, you can now find yourself — marked “You” — when adding people, and join your band in one step.
  • When two listings for the same band are combined, its shows and links now come along too, so nothing goes missing from the band’s page or from livemusicchs.com.

Delete and duplicate setlists, and an easier way to claim your band’s page

Setlists

  • You can now duplicate a setlist from your setlists page or the setlist editor — the copy keeps every set, song and break, so you can build a new night from one that already works.
  • Setlists can now be deleted too. Before anything is removed, you see every gig the setlist is attached to, so you know exactly which shows will lose it.

Events & Gigs

  • The Client Song Choices list now reads cleanly on a phone — long event names and status labels no longer get squeezed and cut off.
  • Your public gig calendar’s settings now save as you go — publishing it, changing its colours or picking which bands appear takes effect straight away, with no Save button to forget.

Platform

  • Claiming your band’s page is easier: any member of the band can now claim and publish it, not just whoever set the band up in Naba — and if the band isn’t in Naba yet, you can create it right there.
  • Picking your band’s page while you type its name now keeps the full name — typing “Big” and choosing “Big Strangerz” no longer names your band just “Big”.
  • While setting up your page you can fill in all your links at once — website, Instagram, Spotify and more — with anything the venue already added filled in for you to keep or change. It’s optional, so you can skip it for now.
  • Venues on James Island and Daniel Island are now filed under their own neighbourhood when they’re added to livemusicchs.com, instead of under downtown Charleston — so the Location filter finds the shows that are actually near you.
  • More of each week’s shows can now make it onto livemusicchs.com, including touring acts passing through town, each with its own band page.

Clearer emails about your band’s page

Platform

  • When a venue books your band and Naba makes a page for you, the email you get now reads like a note from a person: it says which venue booked you and for which date, shows what they wrote about you, and links straight to the page so you can see it before doing anything.
  • The follow-up email includes a small preview of your page, and you can simply reply to any of these emails to reach a real person — including to say it isn’t your band, or to ask for the page to be taken down.

Real neighbourhood names on livemusicchs.com

Platform

  • livemusicchs.com now shows each neighbourhood by its real name — Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms, Mount Pleasant — in the Location filter, on neighbourhood pages, and on every show, instead of a name guessed from the web address.
  • Naba now keeps a proper list of cities and neighbourhoods, so new areas can be added as more venues join, and a venue can no longer end up listed under the wrong town by mistake.

Add venues and rooms with your AI assistant

Your assistant can now add a venue to Naba, look up its rooms, and tidy up venues and rooms you no longer need — following the same rules the app does.

Events & Gigs

  • Ask your assistant to add a venue and it finds the place on Google Maps, shows you the match, and only then creates it — linked to the real listing and visible to everyone, so nobody has to type an address or ends up with a duplicate. If Naba already has that venue, it tells you and uses the existing one. A venue that isn’t on Google Maps can still be added by hand when you say so.
  • It can list a venue’s rooms, add new ones, and remove rooms that no gig is using — a room with gigs booked in it stays put, and it tells you how many.
  • It can also remove a venue you created yourself, as long as it isn’t linked to Google Maps and has no public page. If your own gigs are still attached, it tells you how many and asks before detaching them — the same confirmation the app shows.

Platform

  • No reconnect needed this time: these venue abilities ride on the gig permissions your assistant already has.
  • Removing a room that gigs still use is now refused by Naba itself rather than only by the web app, so every way of editing a venue — web, assistant, or a future mobile app — follows the same rule.

Run your gigs and timelines with your AI assistant

Create and manage a gig by asking, and turn a wedding timeline into your band’s run-of-show — both show you the whole plan and wait for your OK before anything is written.

Events & Gigs

  • Create, update, duplicate, and delete your gigs by asking. "Create a VYNL gig at Henry’s Friday" fills in the details from the last gig your band played there — then it shows you the whole plan, including whether to publish it to your bandmates’ calendars and whether to share pay, and waits for your OK before anything is created. It can add your band or individual members, set roles and pay, publish, and manage owners and attachments too.
  • Turn a wedding timeline into your band’s schedule. Paste in the planner’s PDF or email chain and tell it which parts of the day you’re covering — ceremony, cocktail hour, first dances, toasts, reception — and it builds your run-of-show: keeping only your band’s entries, checking load-in lands 3–4 hours before guests arrive, flagging what’s likely missing (soundcheck, a band break, parent dances, travel between locations…), and noting whether the music is live or pre-recorded for each part. It shows you the whole plan before writing anything; afterward you can edit any entry by hand, or start from one of the built-in timeline templates instead.

Platform

  • If you’ve already connected an AI assistant, reconnect it once to pick up these new gig and timeline permissions — a connection’s permissions are locked in when you first connect it (staff assistants helping with band listings can now also see the list of artist categories).

Claiming a listing keeps up with you

Platform

  • While you are claiming your band’s listing, adding a song or a video now updates the checklist straight away instead of waiting for a reload.
  • The “from your repertoire” picker no longer appears on a listing that isn’t linked to a band yet — it had nothing to show. Adding by link still works.

Venues with a public page stay put

Platform

  • Removing a venue from your venues list is now refused when that venue has a Naba venue page or publicly listed shows — those belong to the venue and the people who have seen them, not to your directory entry. The message tells you to email support if it genuinely needs to come down.
  • When removing a venue needs a confirmation because events are attached to it, that confirmation now actually appears instead of the removal failing with a generic error.

Your band’s page keeps your words

A round of fixes from a full review of the band-page and setup flows — nothing you wrote can be lost, and a few things are easier to find.

Platform

  • Coming back to finish your band’s page now shows the bio and website you already wrote, instead of an empty box. Pressing Next will never erase something you saved earlier.
  • If a bandmate opens your band’s page while you’re still claiming a venue’s listing for it, your answers are kept — the listing you filled in is the page that goes live.
  • Creating a band during setup no longer makes a duplicate if the first attempt hits a snag: retrying picks up the band that was already created.
  • Accepting a band invite when you were already in that band’s contacts now links the two, so you don’t appear twice on the roster.
  • The Teams section is always in the side menu, with “Create a team” — even before you’ve joined one.
  • Invites sent from an older version of the app work again.

A guided setup for your band and its page

Sign up and walk straight into a public page for your band — invite your bandmates along the way, and connect your calendar whenever you’re ready.

Platform

  • Setup now builds your band’s public page as you go — not a separate step to come back to later. Answer a few quick questions about your band and you land on a real page, ready to share.
  • Invite your bandmates while you set up. Add the people in your band during signup and they’ll get an invite waiting for them the moment they join.
  • Connecting your Google Calendar is no longer part of signup. It’s a choice you make from inside the app, whenever you want it — from your dashboard or your settings — instead of a step you have to get through first.

Setlists your assistant can’t quietly get wrong

A curfew it will not run past, songs it will not invent, and a straight answer about what it couldn’t check.

Setlists

  • Tell it when you have to be off stage and it holds you to it. Give your assistant a curfew or a contracted end time and it will not build past it — and it re-checks every time it adds, moves, or re-times a song, so a set can’t creep over one song at a time.
  • Start a build by answering a few questions. Before it starts filling sets, your assistant can ask what the night is, what has to be played, what must not be, and who’s singing what — so you get a setlist shaped like the gig instead of a generic one. It only offers this once per conversation.
  • Ask how good the setlist is and get an honest answer. It flags what it checked, and says plainly when it can’t check something rather than reporting all-clear — if a song has no repertoire entry to read key or tempo from, it tells you that instead of pretending it looked.
  • It builds from songs your band can actually play, and says so when it can’t. Suggested-but-unconfirmed songs stay out by default, and if that leaves nothing to draw from you get told why rather than an empty set.
  • Clear out setlists and sets you no longer want. Your assistant can now delete a whole setlist or a single set — and it will stop and check with you first if the setlist is attached to a gig that hasn’t happened yet.

Platform

  • Adding a big batch of songs is faster and more accurate. Your assistant can now look up as many as a hundred songs in one go, so it stops falling back to typing them in by hand — which means real track lengths, and setlist timings you can trust.
  • One bad song no longer sinks the whole request. If a song in a batch can’t be found or added, the rest still go through and you’re told exactly which ones didn’t, instead of the request stopping halfway with no explanation.

Build setlists with your AI assistant

Ask it to build a setlist from what your band knows, fit it to the night, and put it on the gig.

Setlists

  • Build a setlist by asking. "Three 45-minute sets with a 20-minute break and a pile of extras" gets laid out for you, then filled from that band’s repertoire — it only suggests songs the band actually knows, and it can see which are learned and which are still being worked on.
  • Get the timing without doing the maths. Ask how a set is running and you get the gap to your target, the whole-night runtime including breaks, and a heads-up when a song’s length is an estimate rather than a real one.
  • Work out the running order together. It knows these songs, so you can ask it to open strong or build to somewhere people will dance — and it proposes the order for you to look at before anything changes.
  • Copy a setlist to another band, and attach it to the gigs it’s for. Each band gets its own copy to edit, and the same setlist can start at a different time at a different venue.

Platform

  • A new AI Features page under Songs walks you through connecting Claude step by step, and says plainly what each assistant can and can’t do — ChatGPT’s Plus and Pro plans, for instance, can read your setlists but not change them.

Your gig calendar opens on the month view now — and you can change that

Someone opening your public calendar link sees when you’re playing straight away, and you decide which view they land on.

Events & Gigs

  • Your public gig calendar now opens on the month view, so a fan following your link sees your dates at a glance instead of scrolling a column of photos. Calendars you already have have moved over too.
  • You choose what visitors see first — the month view, photo cards, or a plain list — under Look in your calendar’s settings. Whatever you pick applies both to your public link and to the calendar embedded on your own site.
  • Visitors can still switch between the three views themselves. Your choice only decides where they start.

Tidier rosters, sharper setlists, and figures you can hide

Removing someone from the band now tells you what it costs before you do it, the Add Songs panel warns you about repeats, and your dashboard can keep money off the screen.

Events & Gigs

  • Removing someone from a band is reachable again. The menu on each roster row now opens in Safari and Firefox — it never did — and the band’s Members tab has the same remove action the roster does, instead of none at all.
  • Before you remove anyone, Naba shows you what it affects: how many of the band’s upcoming gigs they’re on, which ones, and that their past gigs stay exactly as they are. You decide whether to clear them from those upcoming gigs, and your history is never touched either way.
  • Clearing someone off several gigs at once now sends them one notice with the count, rather than a separate card per gig.
  • Adding a bandmate to a gig no longer makes them accept an invite when you already share a band with them. They’re on the gig straight away, and still told about it.

Setlists

  • Drag a song out of the Add Songs panel and it lands exactly where you dropped it, instead of at the bottom of the set.
  • The Add Songs panel now marks songs already in the setlist and names the set they’re in, so you can catch a repeat before you play one. Curly and straight apostrophes no longer count as different songs.
  • Adding a song you already have to a band’s repertoire is no longer reported as a failure — Naba tells you it’s already there and carries on with the other bands you picked. A genuine failure now leaves the Add button ready to try again.

Earnings

  • Your dashboard has a toggle that hides every money figure on the page at once, and hides them again on its own after a minute. Handy when the laptop is open at the venue.

Platform

  • Choosing which part of a photo stays in frame now happens in a dialog showing the whole picture, rather than on the already-cropped thumbnail — where the spot you tapped wasn’t the spot you got. The point you pick is finally honoured on your public page’s hero image, its photo grid, and your calendar tiles.
  • You can set which instruments each band member plays straight from the Members tab, without going somewhere else to change it.
  • Deleting your account now sticks. A page still open in another tab could quietly recreate the account seconds after it was deleted; it can’t any more, and deliberately signing up again afterwards still works normally.

Your band gets a page of its own

Build a proper artist profile — bio, photos, genres, songs, videos, and who’s in the band — then publish it at one link you can hand to a booker.

Platform

  • A band team now opens on a profile builder instead of a details tab. Bio, location, genres, what kind of act you are, photos, links, pricing, and your calendar each get their own step, with a dashboard showing what’s done and what’s left. Renaming the team, its photo, and the rest of the admin moved to the team’s Settings page.
  • Finish the essentials and you can publish, which gives the band a public page: hero photo, bio, songs, videos, the roster, your repertoire, and your upcoming shows. One link, instead of pointing a booker at three different social accounts.
  • The link is yours. Naba picks a sensible one the first time you publish, and you can change it later to something more memorable — the Profile step shows the exact URL people will see, and warns you while it’s still the generic fallback.
  • A preview tab shows the real public page, built from the same data a visitor gets, so what you check before publishing is what they’ll actually see.
  • Published profiles can be found in search by default, with a switch to opt out if you’d rather the page only reach the people you send it to.
  • If a venue has already added your band to their calendar, there may be a page for you already. It’s clearly marked as venue-provided and kept out of search until someone claims it. Claim it from the page itself — if your band already has a profile, the two merge, and the link the venue shared keeps working.
  • Wrong band, or a page you’d rather not have? There’s a removal request on the page, answered directly when we can confirm you’re the act and reviewed by a person otherwise.
  • Naba links finally preview properly. Paste one into a text or a social post and you get the Naba mark, the real page title, and a line describing the page — instead of a purple circle reading “Best app the worlds ever seen”. Availability links go furthest: the preview names the band, the venue, and the dates you’re asking about, so a booker knows what they’re opening.
  • New for Charleston: livemusicchs.com lists live music around the city — tonight, this weekend, by genre, and by neighbourhood — with every venue and band on it linking back to their page here.

Events & Gigs

  • Your public page lists your upcoming shows in the band’s own time zone, so a late-night gig shows the night it’s actually on, wherever the person reading it happens to be.
  • The team page’s Members tab was five separate cards — band members, the call list, owners, pending invites — each with its own search box. It’s now one roster: everyone in a single list, chips to narrow it down, a badge on each person showing what they are to the band, and one menu per row to change it.
  • Adding someone works the same way everywhere now. Search once across your contacts and Naba users by name, email, or phone; choose whether they join the band, the call list, or become an owner; set their roles; and invite them to Naba in the same pass. Nobody matches? Create the contact right there without losing your place.
  • Removing someone waits a few seconds before it commits, with an Undo — so a mis-tap costs you nothing and never fires an invite or a notification you didn’t mean.
  • You choose which band members appear on the public page. Registered members are shown by default and contacts are hidden, since a contact never agreed to be listed anywhere.

Setlists

  • Songs on your profile can come straight from your repertoire — pick what you’ve already got and the artwork and details come with it — or paste a link to a track you’ve released.
  • Songs and videos stay dark until someone presses play. Nothing is requested from YouTube, Vimeo, or anywhere else until a visitor actually asks for it, so the page loads fast and doesn’t hand your visitors to a third party just for showing up.

Answer invites from the notification, and book with the band attached

Accept or decline an invitation straight from your notifications, and get the right band — and the right pay — on every event booked from an availability request.

Events & Gigs

  • Booking a date from an availability request now attaches the band to the event, not just its name. Before, the event was titled after the band but had no band on it, so nobody was added and the gig never reached anyone else’s calendar.
  • That booked event also arrives with the pay already filled in, carried over from your last gig with the same band at the same venue — and the same room, when the venue has rooms. It’s the same figure you’d have seen creating the event by hand.

Platform

  • Accept or decline an event invitation right from the notification, the way team invites already worked — no trip to the event page first.
  • Notification links now open the right thing. A link about a single gig goes straight to that gig, and a notification whose event or request has since been deleted tells you so instead of dead-ending on an empty page.
  • Four kinds of notification that the iOS app already sent, but the website quietly ignored, now show up in your web notifications with the right wording.
  • Your privacy preferences now actually save when you change them — the switches used to move but the change was dropped on the way to the server, and a failed save said nothing. Sharing your information with third parties stays switched off; the rest start on, and every one of them is yours to change any time from Profile → Privacy.
  • Fixed a bug where the Teams page reloaded itself in the background several times a second, and stopped the app from reporting an error to anyone who simply hasn’t connected a Google Calendar.

Event timelines stay in time order

Events & Gigs

  • An event timeline on the web now always reads top to bottom in time order. Adding an entry drops it straight into the right spot instead of landing at the bottom, and changing an entry’s time moves its card immediately — no need to close and reopen the event to see the real order.
  • The same goes for the gig view, the printable version, and the timeline you email to your band, so everyone reads the day in the order it actually happens.
  • If you’ve arranged a timeline by hand in the iOS app, that arrangement is still yours and stays put in the app — the web just shows those same entries in time order.

Share your gig calendar — and post about it

Publish your upcoming shows at your own link, turn them into a ready-to-post image in a few clicks, and find answers faster with a new FAQ page.

Events & Gigs

  • You can now publish a public calendar of your upcoming gigs at your own link, so fans, venues, and bookers can see where you’re playing without you sending anyone a list. Build one from the new Promotion section of the menu: name it, pick which of your bands appear on it, set its colors, logo, and background image, add a message plus your contact and social links, then share the link or embed the calendar on your own site.
  • You decide whether that page turns up in search results — it stays out of them unless you switch search listing on.
  • Every event now has an owner-only switch for whether it shows on your public calendars. New events are included by default, and anything still marked tentative is never shown publicly, so nothing goes out before it’s confirmed.
  • Gigs on your public calendar lead with the venue’s photo where we have one and fall back to your band photo, so the page reads at a glance instead of as a list of dates.
  • A new Social Posts screen, also under Promotion, turns those gigs into something you can post: pick the days you want to promote, uncheck any gig you’d rather leave off, and download a finished image of the rest. Add band-name labels when the poster covers more than one band, use a calendar’s logo or upload your own, and know that the preview on screen is exactly the image you’ll get.

Demos

  • You can skip the guided tour whenever you like — and if you skip it and later change your mind, you can start it again from Settings → Account Settings.

Earnings

  • Event financials worksheets are now dated by the day the gig actually happened rather than the day the worksheet was created, so worksheet lists and approval emails line up with your calendar.

Platform

  • A new FAQ page answers the questions we get asked most — getting started, availability and scheduling, calendar invites, and who can see your contacts and venues. You’ll find it in the main menu.
  • Emails from Naba — invites, approvals, event changes, and the rest — now match the look of the app, so they’re easier to scan and easier to spot in a crowded inbox.

A notification inbox for everything happening on NABA

A new bell and inbox bring your updates into one place, guided demos now end where you actually want to go, and the homepage got a cleaner look.

Platform

  • A new notification bell and inbox (`/notifications`) bring availability requests, event changes, team invites, and more into one place — grouped by day, with quick filters for Requests, Team, and Events. Opening the inbox doesn’t clear your unread count on its own; it clears once you’ve actually acted on something, so you never lose track of what still needs a response.
  • Team invites can be accepted or declined right from a notification card — no need to track down the invite elsewhere.
  • Our homepage and venue landing page have a cleaner, calmer look — flat warm surfaces in place of the old glow effects — with the same "Keep booking personal" pitch.

Demos

  • Finish a guided demo — the core app, CRM, or venue portal — and the exit button now takes you where you actually want to go: straight to your dashboard if you’re already signed in, or to sign-up if you’re not.

A warmer NABA — new look, faster pages

NABA has a brand-new look — warm, editorial, and easier to read — and the app is noticeably quicker, especially your calendar.

Platform

  • NABA has been redesigned end to end: a warm cream-and-terracotta palette, a new typeface set, and cleaner cards and tabs across every screen — dashboard, events, teams, setlists, money, and more. Everything works exactly as it did; it just reads better and feels calmer to spend time in.
  • Dark mode was redrawn from scratch to match, so late-night gig prep is easier on the eyes.
  • Pages load faster across the board — the app now sends less data over the wire and defers heavy pieces (like PDF viewers) until you actually need them.

Events & Gigs

  • The calendar opens noticeably faster. It now loads only what a month view actually needs, pulls your Google Calendar in a single request instead of many, and fetches an event’s full details the moment you open it.
  • Team photos on your calendar tiles now load as fast, lightweight thumbnails and are pre-warmed as the page opens — so a photo-filled month paints almost instantly instead of filling in tile by tile.
  • Your public venue calendar pages load faster for the people you share them with.

A sharper gig calendar — photo events, team load-in times, and smarter scheduling

  • Set a default load-in time once per team — say 1h 30m before the gig — and NABA suggests it automatically on every new event for that team, and shows it consistently on the calendar, in your emails, and in calendar invites.
  • Adding someone to a gig who isn’t in your list yet? A quick “Create contact” or “Invite bandmate” shortcut now appears right there, prefilled with the name or email you just typed — no need to leave and start over.
  • Duplicating a gig now brings the whole lineup with it — every person, with their roles, individual pay, and who was published — so recreating a recurring show is a single step instead of rebuilding the roster by hand.

  • The date-and-time picker is smarter: change a gig’s start and the end moves with it to keep the same length, and end times now stay on the right day instead of landing before the start.

More control over availability requests — plus a Safari quote fix

Turn down individual dates on an availability request, skip the phone field, see gigs booked at the right time, and open quotes reliably in Safari.

Events & Gigs

  • When someone asks for your availability, you can now decline individual dates while keeping the rest open for booking — and undo a decline if you change your mind.
  • Booking a date from an availability request now schedules the gig at the correct local time, no matter where our servers run.
  • Phone number is now optional when requesting availability or sending an availability link — only a name is required.
  • The availability notification badge now clears once every requested date has been booked or declined, so it no longer lingers on requests you have already handled.

Earnings

  • Total pay for an event now saves the moment you enter it, so the “Split Evenly” and per-member pay tools work right away — no need to save and reopen the event first.

CRM

  • Fixed an issue where clicking a quote — by its title or the "View PDF" button — did nothing in Safari. Quotes and their PDFs now open every time, on every browser.
  • The same fix applies to opening PDF quotes and file attachments from a deal, so those open dependably in Safari too.
  • Pipeline stage colors now show reliably on the CRM dashboard’s pipeline bar and legend.
